Subscribers can also book a free 20-minute call with one of our stylists to talk through your child’s style, special requests, or unique needs. Prefer surprises? You can skip the quiz, give us just the size, and we’ll take care of the rest. The unboxing joy is part of the fun either way!

Each box is seasonally curated and may include tops, bottoms, outerwear, dresses, pajamas, or special occasion pieces. We can also include swimwear, accessories, or activewear if requested.

Subscribers receive 4 boxes per year — August (Fall), November (Winter), February (Spring), and June (Summer) — always ahead of the season so your child is ready.

They can be. Many families choose neutral palettes for easier hand-me-downs, or simply to give kids more freedom with their style we can focus on colour blocking the box to make mix and matching a cinch!

We size boxes using a “grow with me” approach, based on your child’s age,current sizes, and feedback. Preloved clothing often runs smaller, so a 2T box may include pieces up to 4T. Before each shipment, we send a quick “size check-in” to make sure everything will fit. This piece of the puzzle is best left up to YOU so make sure to size up at your check ins especially with the younger ones as we’ll want the pieces to fit for the season!

Just update your child’s size before the next check in. We’ll adjust your next box or recommend a Top-Up Box (5-8 pieces sent out mid season ) if you need new clothes right away.

We do everything we can to make sure each box is a hit. Before every shipment, we confirm sizing, and our stylists carefully check each piece. If there’s ever something you don’t love, contact us right away and we’ll make it right, whether that means adjusting your next box, sending a replacement, or adding an extra surprise item, each issue is personal and the result will be too!

Every item is hand-checked for stains, holes, and wear. Only high-quality, durable pieces make it into your box. Occasionally, we come across a standout piece we just couldn’t let go to waste. If your style quiz tells us you’re open to “perfectly imperfect” gems, we may include these unique finds.
